Soybeans Sabzi
Soybeans Sabzi is a nutritious dish made by cooking soybeans with spices, tomatoes, and onions.

| Cilantro (finely chopped) | 1 | Bunch |

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add soaked soybeans and water. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 30-35 minutes or until soybeans are cooked.
- Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.

- Soak dried soybeans overnight in water.
