Soybeans Sabzi

Soybeans Sabzi is a nutritious dish made by cooking soybeans with spices, tomatoes, and onions.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
  5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add soaked soybeans and water. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 30-35 minutes or until soybeans are cooked.
  8. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.

  • Soak dried soybeans overnight in water.
