Spicy fish fry
Spicy fish fry involves marinating fish in spices and frying until crispy using fresh herbs and whole milk yogurt.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are well covered. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add curry leaves to the hot oil and fry for a few seconds until aromatic.
- Place the marinated fish fillets in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the spicy fish fry hot with lemon wedges and garnish with additional curry leaves if desired.
