Tandoor Chicken

Tandoor chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices, then grilled to perfection.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
