Tandoor Chicken
Tandoor chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices, then grilled to perfection.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
