Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks

Tandoori chicken drumsticks marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled to perfection.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Make slits in the chicken drumsticks and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred on the outside.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Prep

  • Thaw chicken drumsticks if frozen.
  • Marinate chicken drumsticks for at least 4 hours.
