Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks
Tandoori chicken drumsticks marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled to perfection.

| Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) | 2 | Tbsp |

| Garlic (minced) | 4 | Clove |
| Garam Masala | 2 | Tsp |
| Ground Cumin | 2 | Tsp |
| Ground Coriander | 2 | Tsp |
| Paprika | 1 | Tsp |
| Turmeric | 1 | Tsp |
| Salt | 1 | Tsp |
| Black Pepper (freshly ground) | 0.5 | Tsp |
| Vegetable Oil | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
- Make slits in the chicken drumsticks and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred on the outside.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Prep
- Thaw chicken drumsticks if frozen.
- Marinate chicken drumsticks for at least 4 hours.
