Tawa Chicken
Tawa Chicken is a spicy Indian dish prepared on a flat griddle using marinated chicken, spices, and herbs.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil and butter on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and slit green chilies to the tawa, sauté until onions are golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add marinated chicken to the tawa, cook on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
Prep
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
