Tomato Potato Curry
Tomato Potato Curry is a vegetarian dish made by simmering potatoes and tomatoes with spices and herbs.

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes and mix well with the spices.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Once potatoes are cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
