Lari Kabab is a grilled meat dish prepared with marinated chicken, spices, and yogurt, served with a side of vegetables.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, grated onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper pieces, and tomato wedges onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  5. Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Prep

  • Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
