Lari Kabab
Lari Kabab is a grilled meat dish prepared with marinated chicken, spices, and yogurt, served with a side of vegetables.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, grated onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper pieces, and tomato wedges onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Prep
- Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
