Spinach Bourani
Spinach Bourani is a Persian dish made by sautéing spinach with onions and garlic, then simmering with yogurt and spices.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Stir in turmeric, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and gently fold in the yogurt until well combined.
- Simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle dried mint over the top and remove from heat.
- Serve warm as a side dish or with rice.
