Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the whole milk yogurt until smooth.
- Add the diced cucumbers, chopped walnuts, and soaked raisins to the yogurt.
- Stir in the dried mint, chopped dill, chives, and tarragon.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold with optional ice cubes for extra chill.
Prep
- Soak raisins in water for 30 minutes before starting the preparation.
