Joojeh Kabab
Joojeh Kabab is a Persian grilled chicken dish marinated in saffron, lemon, and yogurt, then skewered and grilled.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine saffron water, lemon juice, yogurt, grated onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and tomato halves.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve the Joojeh Kabab hot with rice or flatbread.
