Kabab Tabeh
Kabab Tabeh is a pan-cooked kebab made with ground beef, spices, and herbs, served with a tomato sauce.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onions, parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small, flat patties, about 1 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and water to the skillet, stirring to combine with the tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and let them simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Serve the Kabab Tabeh hot with the tomato sauce spooned over the top.
