Kabab Tabeh

Kabab Tabeh is a pan-cooked kebab made with ground beef, spices, and herbs, served with a tomato sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onions, parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small, flat patties, about 1 cm thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste and water to the skillet, stirring to combine with the tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and let them simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the Kabab Tabeh hot with the tomato sauce spooned over the top.
