Andhra Chili Chicken is a spicy stir-fried chicken dish made with marinated chicken, green chilies, and a blend of spices.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add curry leaves and sliced onions, sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add slit green chilies to the skillet and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  5. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Prep

  • Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
