Bheja Fry
Bheja Fry is a spicy Indian dish made by frying goat brain with aromatic spices and herbs.

| Turmeric Powder | 1 | Tsp |
| Red Chili Powder | 1 | Tsp |

| Garam Masala | 1 | Tsp |
| Cumin Seeds | 1 | Tsp |
| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
| Oil (for frying) | 3 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- Add the cleaned goat brain to the pan and mix well with the masala.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
