Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, and whole milk.
  2. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 10 equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
