Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, and whole milk.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 10 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
