Mutton Pulao
Mutton Pulao is a rice dish prepared by cooking basmati rice with mutton, spices, and herbs in a single pot.

Instructions
- Heat oil and ghee in a large pot. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, and cumin seeds. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in whisked yogurt and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add soaked rice and mix gently with the mutton mixture.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice and mutton are cooked.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves before serving.
Prep
- Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes before cooking.
