Green Beans Porial
Green Beans Porial is a South Indian stir-fry dish made with green beans, coconut, and spices, cooked until tender.

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add urad dal and cumin seeds, sauté until golden brown.
- Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the green beans and salt, stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender.
- Add the grated coconut, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
