Hyderabadi Mutton Fry
Hyderabadi Mutton Fry is a spicy dish prepared by marinating mutton with spices and frying it with onions and green chilies.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix mutton pieces with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the mutton for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add the marinated mutton to the pan and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the mutton cook for 30-40 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add slit green chilies and curry leaves, and fry for another 5 minutes on high heat.
- Check seasoning and adjust salt if necessary. Serve hot.
