Kheema Samosa
Kheema Samosa is a deep-fried pastry filled with spiced minced meat and peas, wrapped in a thin dough sheet.

Instructions
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add chopped cilantro and lemon juice to the cooled mixture. Mix well.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, water, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle. Cut each circle in half.
- Form a cone with each half-circle, fill with the meat mixture, and seal the edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
