Medu Vada
Classic Fettuccine Alfredo is prepared by combining cooked pasta with a creamy sauce made from butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
- Serve the Fettuccine Alfredo hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
