Meen Varuval
Meen Varuval is a South Indian fish fry prepared by marinating fish with spices and shallow frying until crispy.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and salt to form a paste.
- Apply the spice paste evenly on the fish pieces and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add curry leaves to the hot oil and let them splutter.
- Place the marinated fish pieces in the pan and fry them on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh curry leaves.
Prep
- Marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
