Mutton Fry
Mutton fry is a spicy dish prepared by marinating mutton with spices, then frying with onions, tomatoes, and curry leaves.

Instructions
- Marinate the mutton with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add the marinated mutton to the pan and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped tomatoes and slit green chilies to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
- Add curry leaves and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.

- Marinate the mutton 30 minutes in advance.
