Red Chicken is a spicy and flavorful dish prepared by marinating chicken in a blend of spices and yogurt, then cooking it until tender.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, and cumin powder to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the chicken cook for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.

- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours in advance.
