Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced red chili, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Add sliced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for an additional minute until the basil is wilted.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
