Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced red chili. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the tofu to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until the basil is wilted.
- Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked jasmine rice with lime wedges on the side.
